Domestic Orders

All orders received by 1 pm gets processed and post on same day, Orders received after 1 pm will get processed next day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Tracking number will be provided for all deliveries.

We use Australia Post Parcel and Express Post service to deliver orders across Australia

Due to WA state government regulation we do not ship our products to Western Australia.

Shipping rates & delivery time estimates

Free Shipping Via Australia Post Standard Shipping Service – Delivery Time 5-7 Days. Express Post Service Available at the cost of AUD $4 – Delivery Time 1-2 Days Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout. If you’re in Australia please allow 4-7 working days for your order to arrive by Parcel Post. Express Post delivers takes 1-2 working days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please use our CONTACT FORM and include your order number. We will do our very best to expedite delivery of your order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes ships to PO Boxes Nationally.

If for any reason you want to cancel the order please contact us immediately. Orders once shipping are not refundable

International Shipping Policy


All parcels are sent with international tracking via DHL or Australia Post International Postage Service.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and should arrive 5–15 business days, thereafter. Please allow for postal, customs, and locational delays.

Please note we're unable to ship to PO Boxes internationally due to customs regulations.


Shipping costs will vary according to weight and destination. So, to calculate your freight, simply enter your details at checkout.

That means we’re unable to accept any liability for the following:

  • Importation or confiscation of goods by international customs or government bodies.
  • Foreign import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • Refunds, replacements, or any costs arising from customs, taxes, or duties.
  • Postage incurred for return-to-sender items.
  • To streamline your customer journey, please familiarise yourself with this information. It’s a lot to take in – but it’s up to you to ensure your item arrives without any unnecessary mishaps. All-time delays and costs incurred as a result of the above remain your sole responsibility.

    We’re happy to refund the value of your order less postage, should your parcel go astray. But unfortunately, we can’t reimburse you for failure to pay any extra duties or taxes.

    We know it can be frustrating when these things happen. But rest assured we’ve been sending goods all over the world for many years and have had very few issues.

    If you have any concerns, we recommend contacting your local Customs Office before placing your order is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
